Our Process
Consultation
Our design process begins with client goals in mind. An on-site consultation allows us to gather information such as project scope, site constraints, initial measurements, photos and to listen to our client’s ideas and wishes. Our designer may then use this information to render a proposed design, and discuss options at the time of presentation.
Rendering and Presentation
Landscape plans are hand rendered and include site elements such as buildings, natural features, proposed features, general grading, lighting and plantings. A landscape plan should be a reflection of a clients needs and desires with unique ideas incorporated to meet those objectives. Upon approval of a design, a budget is formulated and presented. Decisions are then made to coordinate a scheduled timeline for construction to begin.
